Pin the actual villa entrance
Similar villa names and multiple branches can make a transfer destination ambiguous. Compare the booking address with the map pin and any instructions from the accommodation. An “Ubud” listing can cover different villages and access roads. Ask whether the vehicle can reach reception or whether you must walk the final section with luggage.

A transfer is different from a day charter
An airport-to-hotel booking does not automatically include sightseeing, currency-exchange stops or visits to another hotel. Ask about permitted stops and charges before buying. Compare passenger seats and luggage capacity together; the seating limit alone does not guarantee space for every suitcase or a stroller. Confirm any requested child seat rather than treating the request field as approval.
Plan the return journey separately
Do not reuse the arrival travel time as a guaranteed departure-day estimate. Traffic and time of day change, especially when the hotel is farther inland. Ask the accommodation for a suitable departure plan and include the airline’s check-in guidance. On the arrival booking, read flight-delay rules, waiting allowance and cancellation terms, and store the local meeting instructions offline.
