Check fare categories and the day’s cutoff
General entry is ¥1,000 for high-school age and above, ¥500 for elementary/middle-school children and ¥200 for ages four to preschool. Hours are 09:30–22:00, last entry 21:30, potentially earlier when busy. Recheck closures for your date.
Separate ticket changes from reentry
The official FAQ disallows cancellation, changes and reentry. Use the ground-floor toilets before ascending. Check online-ticket validity at the selected checkout.
There is no separate suitcase-storage desk
Large ground-floor lockers measure height 802 × width 357 × depth 513mm and cost ¥400. The operator does not separately store suitcases. Check fit and availability; prepare an alternative.
Choose the return stop and direction
The operator directs Hakata visitors to bus 306 from terminal stand 6, alighting at TNC or Tower South. Subway visitors use Nishijin then walk or bus. Return stops and routes differ by destination; check your last service and transfer time.
