Plan around each building
The memorial hall closes earlier than the main building. Ask about its entry cutoff rather than applying the main schedule automatically. The annex remains closed long term.
Keep the stamped ticket
An unvisited section can be saved for a later visit. This differs from leaving and reentering the same building. Keep your ticket before returning to the historic quarter.
Check purchase and date
The official FAQ lists no advance website reservation service. Use the ticket desk or ask whether your hotel sells advance tickets. Holiday Mondays open, with the following Tuesday normally open too. Check the official calendar for your date.
Choose a manageable visit
The beginner guide suggests starting with exhibitions that interest you. Select buildings around your return journey. Yurinso opens only for special viewings.
