The boarding point matters when returning from a park. Compare ten hotels by Bayside transfers, park-terminal shuttles and Maihama or Shin-Urayasu station access. A guest shuttle does not guarantee space on the service you want after closing.

Who this guide is for: Travelers choosing their hotel around the return journey from both parks
Compare Bayside connections if transfers suit you, verified park shuttles for direct-terminal transport, or station access for mixed city and park days. Keep a backup for full buses and last departures.
Compare at a glance
| Option | Best fit | Check before booking |
|---|---|---|
| Bayside transfer | Hilton and Sheraton | Cruiser and monorail are separate legs |
| Park shuttle | Brighton, Emion, La’gent, Comfort and Hyatt | Actual stops, date, closing and capacity |
| Station access | MYSTAYS, Hiyori and ibis | Exit, walking and station versus park transport |
1. Hilton Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers using the monorail between both parks
The official route uses a complimentary cruiser to Bayside Station, followed by the monorail. Compare this with a hotel shuttle that reaches a park bus terminal.
Consider another option when: Check cruiser departures and the monorail fare separately. The themed room photo does not guarantee the booked decor or bed setup.

2. Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers comfortable with a Bayside Station transfer
The official guide provides a complimentary cruiser between the hotel and Bayside Station, then monorail connections to both parks. Check the destination when boarding.
Consider another option when: Allow for shuttle queues, transfers and gates. Confirm the layout and view of the actual room type you book.

3. Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers comparing station access with direct park transport
The official page places the hotel across from Shin-Urayasu Station and describes Partner Hotel shuttles to both park terminals. Compare rail access on city days with actual shuttle services on park days.
Consider another option when: Partner shuttles face traffic or disruption. A room booking and a package with park-ticket purchase rights are different purchases.

4. Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers comparing direct park shuttles and after-park rest
The Partner Hotel page confirms direct shuttles to both park bus terminals. Its natural hot spring is described as fee based, so do not assume the room price includes it.
Consider another option when: Check the walk to the bus stop and the next departure. Confirm bathing fees, occupancy and bedding for the booked package.

5. HOTEL MYSTAYS Maihama
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers considering a walk from Maihama Station as a backup
The current access page gives about 12 minutes on foot from Maihama Station’s north exit. This is not a park-gate journey; add luggage, crossings and exit navigation.
Consider another option when: Current shuttle destinations and return departures remain unconfirmed in this review. Check the hotel’s latest guide rather than an old timetable.

6. Hiyori Hotel Maihama
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers using the shuttle from Maihama Station’s south exit
The official rail guide describes a guest shuttle from the south exit taking about 15 minutes. It separately lists a north-exit walk of about 21 minutes, so match the exit first.
Consider another option when: A station shuttle is not proof of direct service from both park gates. Check the boarding point and last service for your date.

7. La’gent Hotel Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers planning a backup for full buses at closing
The access page confirms resort shuttles and warns that busy morning and closing services may be full. It also describes local buses 3, 11 and 23 from Shin-Urayasu, followed by a walk.
Consider another option when: Check the actual shuttle stops and date-specific schedule. Leave time and money for another service or paid transport if boarding is unavailable.

8. ibis Styles Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers comparing the north-exit station shuttle with walking
The local official access page identifies a free hotel shuttle from Shin-Urayasu’s north exit and a station walk of about 15 minutes. Local route buses use the south exit.
Consider another option when: Do not extend verified station transport into a promise of direct park service. A twin-room photo does not prove a bathtub.

9. Comfort Suites Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers checking return service against the park closing time
The actual official page describes a daily guest-only park shuttle. When a park closes before 22:00, it operates only through scheduled services within 30 minutes after closing.
Consider another option when: Closing-time demand may prevent boarding the preferred service. Check that day’s closing time and timetable together rather than assuming a fixed late departure.

10. Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay
Photo: Agoda hotel supplier / Agoda · Agoda Hotel Data File: hotel presentation · Supplier image file unchanged; display size adjusted.
Who it suits: Travelers checking monthly schedules and park-specific stops
The access page and October PDF distinguish station and park services. October 17 uses a fireworks schedule; extra services apply only on listed dates. Match the date before choosing a departure.
Consider another option when: Distinguish the Disneyland west-terminal direction from DisneySea’s south terminal. Allow for traffic, full buses and schedule changes.

Official Hotel and Disney Hotel are different categories
Hilton and Sheraton appear as Official Hotels in the resort’s list. This label does not give every Disney Hotel benefit, nor do the other candidates automatically share their privileges.
Work backward from the return service
Allow for walking out of the park and joining the queue. Relying on only the last departure leaves fewer choices if it is full. Identify another service or paid transport before visiting.
Separate a room booking from park-ticket rights
Partner Hotel ticket benefits depend on eligible packages that include tickets or purchase rights. An ordinary room booking does not itself promise sold-out-day admission or early entry.
Room photos are examples
The ten selected supplier photos were directly reviewed for room interiors and resolution. Matching the booked room type, view and occupancy remains unconfirmed. Compare the same dates and party size.

Common questions
Does a free shuttle cover the whole park journey?
No. A Bayside cruiser and monorail are separate legs, and a station shuttle is not a direct park service.
Am I guaranteed a hotel bus after staying until closing?
No. Official notices include capacity, traffic and schedule conditions. Check your date and backup.
