Admission and a place in a driving experience need separate planning. Start with the reservation window and your child’s school-year eligibility.

Who this guide is for: Families visiting Saitama primarily for children’s driving experiences

Choose the experience and eligible participants first, then inspect the dated sales listing. Decide whether exhibitions or an on-site raffle would suit you if reservations are unavailable.

Choose admission only or an experience bundle

Advance admission costs JPY 1,500 for adults, 500 for elementary through high-school students and 200 for preschoolers aged three or older. Same-day prices are 1,600, 600 and 300. Concession or exchange-voucher holders should check the entrance-counter procedure before buying ahead.

Read the bundle’s sale window and unit

Seven Ticket bundles add JPY 1,000 for the reserved experience to the party’s admission. The unit is one participant or, for the mini driving train, one vehicle; read the listing carefully. Sales run from 10:00 seven days before the visit to 23:29 the previous day. Convenience refunds or date/time changes are unavailable.

Check each child’s school-year eligibility

D51 requires junior-high age or above; E5 and conductor simulators require elementary-school age or above. Driving the mini train also requires elementary-school age, but riding has a different rule. Driver classes accept elementary pupils and above; grades one through four need an accompanying guardian.

Separate the raffle app from the museum guide

Some programs use the dedicated raffle app; applying does not guarantee a place. The multilingual museum-guide app, including English and Korean, has a different purpose. Ask the entrance counter before leaving for reentry; crowding may restrict it.

Common questions

Does ordinary admission reserve a driving experience?

It does not secure a place. Check the particular experience’s reservation or raffle procedure separately.

Can every experience be bought ahead?

Inspect the dated Seven Ticket listing. General museum guidance and the seller’s product list can differ; do not assume a fixed exhaustive list.
