Choose station and gate together
Shinsekai serves the Dobutsuen-mae, Ebisucho and Shin-Imamiya approaches; Tenshiba serves Tennoji and Osaka-Abenobashi. Official walking estimates are 5–10 minutes, or 10–15 with elevators. Ebisucho’s nearby south-gate approach lacks an elevator; check the access instructions.
Read validity and cancellation before buying
Web tickets remain valid for one month after purchase. Personal-convenience cancellation is unavailable. Check that your chosen day is open and prepare original proof if using a concession.
Separate ordinary hours from special openings
Normal hours are 9:30–17:00, with entry until 16:00. Check closures and special openings for your date. A later zoo closing does not guarantee every animal remains visible until then.
