Plan departure-morning bag collection first

Separate station-area Clement, Daiwa, Sunroute and Station Hotel from downtown bases. For a highway-bus departure, add checkout, bag collection and the walk to the actual bay. Allow extra time for rain, heavy luggage and waiting.

Arrival and storage rules vary by property

Hiwasa lists 16:00–21:00 check-in and no pre-check-in luggage storage. Petit Hotel 017 requires acknowledgment of self-check-in instructions and confirmation of arrival time. Check Sunroute night entrance access and Clement passage hours against your return.

Compare photos with booking conditions

Align dates, occupancy, bedding, smoking rules, meals, cancellation deadline and tax-inclusive totals. Supplier photos show physical hotel room examples without guaranteeing allocation, current appliances or views. A room reservation and parking arrangements are separate.

Before you book

Match the hotel name, address and confirmation.
Confirm the actual bay and arrival time before departure.
Check luggage storage and collection around check-in/out.
Confirm late-arrival contact, entrance access and self-check-in instructions.
Compare totals for the same occupancy, beds, meals and cancellation.
Check parking arrangements, vehicle limits and the booked room category separately.

Common questions

Does a station-area hotel make bus boarding straightforward?

Check the terminal and bay for your actual service. Leave time to collect bags and arrive before departure.

Can I store bags before check-in?

This is not universal. Hiwasa does not offer pre-check-in storage, so adjust arrival-day plans and confirm each property’s storage and collection hours.

Will I book the room shown in the photo?

Photo-to-plan room type, bedding and view are unconfirmed. Distinguish futons from Western beds, especially at self-catering properties.
