The museum FAQ rules out garden/castle combo sales and re-entry. Decide whether to visit the garden before or after the museum; leaving midway does not preserve admission.

Museum and Hosa Library admission
Current admission is ¥2,000 for adults, ¥1,200 for high-school/university students; elementary/junior-high pupils enter free. Older ¥1,600 information is outdated. Check separate garden conditions if visiting Tokugawaen.
Exhibition changes affect purchase
The FAQ directs visitors to counter sales during exhibition changes. Current online tickets are not date-specific but work within the applicable exhibition period. Match the product’s exhibition and validity to your visit.
Use the actual QR ticket
Confirmation codes and serial numbers cannot replace the QR. Students need student ID. Charge your phone or carry a clear A4/Letter printout. No changes, cancellation or refunds follow payment.
Leave time before final entry
Open 10:00–17:00; last entry 16:30. Monday holidays move closure to the next weekday. The listed winter closure is 14 December 2026–4 January 2027. Add travel time to the operator’s 60–90-minute viewing estimate.
Plan the garden around one museum visit
There is no re-entry. Free lockers are available; ask shop staff about oversized bags. Follow object-specific photography restrictions and conservation rules.
Distinguish the Ozone exits
The operator estimates ten minutes from JR Ozone’s south exit, versus fifteen from subway exit E5. Do not interchange those walking estimates; add transfer and waiting time.
