Check the locker’s charging period
Ordinary lockers charge JPY 300, 400, 500, 800 or 900 every 12 hours, with a three-day limit. Models vary by location. The widest and tallest models are different units: do not combine their dimensions. Include wheels and handles when checking fit.
Price the Baggage Port for your visit
The Port accommodates items such as large cases and strollers. It costs JPY 200 for the first hour and JPY 100 per additional 30 minutes, with cashless payment such as transport IC or QR. Maximum storage is three days.
Separate chilled from frozen food
Refrigerated lockers cost JPY 400 and are for same-day use. They are not freezers. Check the food’s required conditions before choosing storage.
Save the floor and leave time to collect
Use the official floor maps; record the machine and floor. Allow separate time for collection, repacking and reaching departures. Keep the unlocking method available. Availability and a particular size are not guaranteed.
Check staffed storage by counter
Staffed temporary storage is a separate alternative. Domestic 1F opens 07:00–20:00 and 2F 07:30–20:00. Congestion may stop acceptance earlier. These counter hours are not locker or Port hours.
